AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 10, Chapter 7, relative to confidential records.
As introduced, requires personal information of certain state and local officials to be maintained confidentially upon request; authorizes the release of such information by court order, subpoena, or pursuant to an active law enforcement investigation. - Amends TCA Title 10, Chapter 7.
