AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 49 and Title 68, relative to school safety.

As introduced, changes the reporting date, from February 1 to January 15, by which the commissioners of education and safety must jointly report to the governor and the general assembly on the implementation of the "Schools Against Violence in Education Act." - Amends TCA Title 49 and Title 68.
