AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 29; Title 63 and Title 68, relative to the board of medical examiners.

As introduced, allows, instead of requires, the governor to consult with medical groups in making appointments to the board of medical examiners. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 29; Title 63 and Title 68.
