AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 69, Chapter 9, relative to personal watercraft.
As introduced, increases from 12 to 16, the minimum age for operating a personal watercraft without direct adult supervision; requires persons operating personal watercraft to maintain financial responsibility in the same amounts applicable to motor vehicles. - Amends TCA Title 69, Chapter 9.
