Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Common Repository for Small Businesses Act''. SEC. 2. COMMON REPOSITORY FOR SUPPLIER INFORMATION. (a) In General.--Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Industrial Base Policy shall establish a repository of information commonly required for the initial vetting by the Department of Defense of contractors applying to be qualified to supply products or services to the Department. (b) Coordinated Efforts.--The Assistant Secretary of Defense for Industrial Base Policy shall develop the repository required under subsection (a) in conjunction with or as part of other efforts of an Office of Small Business Programs of the Department of Defense to provide market research, supply chain resiliency, cybersecurity, and secure cloud tools to entities furnishing procurement technical assistance under chapter 388 of title 10, United States Code, and small manufacturers.
