AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 68, Chapter 221, relative to subsurface sewage disposal systems.

As introduced, removes requirement that installers of subsurface sewage disposal systems pay a renewal fee as a condition to renewing a septic system installer license; maintains initial permit and fee requirement for such installers. - Amends TCA Title 68, Chapter 221.
