AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 2 and Title 3, relative to campaign finances.

As introduced, prohibits out-of-state political campaign committees from making contributions to influence a state or local primary election for the Republican Party. - Amends TCA Title 2 and Title 3.
