AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 8, Chapter 4, Part 6, relative to the office of open records counsel.

As enacted, requires the office of open records counsel to facilitate the convening of meetings of the advisory committee on open government, including selecting a date for the required annual meeting in the absence of co-chairs. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 4, Part 6.
