As introduced, increases, from 10 days to 10 business days, the time after appointment and qualification of members for a board of public utilities appointed under the Municipal Electric Plan Law of 1935 by which the board must elect a chair. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 8; Title 12; Title 13; Title 29; Title 54; Title 64; Title 65; Title 68 and Title 69.
