AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 68, Chapter 204, relative to the state energy policy council.

As introduced, changes the administrative, reporting, oversight, and accountability of the state energy policy council from the state energy policy council to the department of economic and community development and the department of environment and conservation. - Amends TCA Title 68, Chapter 204.
