AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 55, Chapter 4, relative to specialty license plates benefitting state historic sites.

As introduced, exempts new specialty earmarked license plates for which the funds are allocated to, and used by, a nonprofit organization to support state historic sites from meeting the minimum initial issuance requirement of 1,000 plates and the minimum issuance requirement of 800 plates upon renewal. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 4.
