AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 56 and Title 71, relative to health care.

As introduced, prohibits a health insurance entity or TennCare MCO from including an all-products clause in a network participation agreement with a healthcare provider, and makes certain other changes related to MCO network adequacy. - Amends TCA Title 56 and Title 71.
