AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 68, relative to health care.

As introduced, requires, by January 15 of each year, the commissioner of health to annually report to legislative committees on the progress of its statewide strategy for the provision of adult emergency oral health care, utilizing public and private sector resources. - Amends TCA Title 68.
