AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 63, Chapter 5 and Title 68, relative to dental services.

As introduced, requires the commissioner of health to create programs designed to enhance access to dental services in rural and underserved areas subject to the approval of the commissioner of finance and administration. - Amends TCA Title 63, Chapter 5 and Title 68.
