AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39 and Title 55, relative to documents required when operating a motor vehicle.

As introduced, creates a Class A misdemeanor for a person who is in the United States without legal authorization to operate a motor vehicle without possessing a valid driver license and evidence of financial responsibility; limits the fine for such offense to a maximum of $1,000. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 55.
