As introduced, changes, from January 31 to February 15, the date by which the commissioner must submit reports related to the administration of the Water Quality Control Act of 1977 to legislative committees with jurisdiction over environmental matters. - Amends TCA Title 1, Chapter 3; Title 43; Title 44; Title 68 and Title 69.
