AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 50; Title 53; Title 63 and Title 68, relative to substance use.

As introduced, removes the limitation that a person who is experiencing a drug overdose only has immunity from being arrested, charged, or prosecuted on the first drug overdose. - Amends TCA Title 50; Title 53; Title 63 and Title 68.
