AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4; Title 56 and Title 71, relative to autism spectrum disorders.

As introduced, requires the Tennessee council on autism spectrum disorder to submit an annual report by February 1 of each year to legislative committees that details, at a minimum, the council's findings, progress on the comprehensive statewide plan and system of care, and recommendations for legislation. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 56 and Title 71.
