AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 55, Chapter 10, Part 7, relative to driver licenses.

As enacted, deletes requirement that certified copy of court order that withdraws order denying driving privileges for juvenile offender be submitted to the department of safety within 10 days of issuance. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 10, Part 7.
