AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 3-2-112; Section 4-1-412 and Title 70, Chapter 1, Part 2, relative to the naming authority of the Tennessee Fish and Wildlife Commission.

As enacted, authorizes the commission to name real property, infrastructure, improvements to infrastructure, or features under the agency’s jurisdiction. - Amends TCA Section 3-2-112; Section 4-1-412 and Title 70, Chapter 1, Part 2.
