AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 68, relative to propane.

As enacted, changes the sponsoring entity for safety and handling training classes needed to satisfy the education requirement for a liquified petroleum gas dealer license from only the National Propane Gas Association to any state or national association representing the liquified petroleum industry. - Amends TCA Title 68.
