AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 64, Chapter 3 and Title 64, Chapter 4, relative to the economic impact of the cosmetology and barbering professions.

As introduced, requires TACIR to study the economic impact that the cosmetology and barbering professions have in this state; upon completion of the study, requires TACIR to report its findings and recommendations, including any proposed legislation, to legislative committees having jurisdiction over cosmetology and barbering, and to provide a copy of the report to the legislative librarian. - Amends TCA Title 64, Chapter 3 and Title 64, Chapter 4.
