AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4; Title 54 and Title 55, relative to acquisition of rights-of-way.

As introduced, clarifies that the plans for an acquisition of a right-of-way by the state must be filed and recorded with the office of the register in each county where the project is located if the project is located in multiple counties. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 54 and Title 55.
