AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 3; Title 4; Title 8; Title 9; Title 27; Title 29; Title 38; Title 39; Title 40 and Title 41, relative to government oversight.

As introduced, adds the legislative librarian as a recipient of the report submitted by the commissioner of correction to the general assembly on the transactions of state correctional facilities during the two years preceding the report. - Amends TCA Title 3; Title 4; Title 8; Title 9; Title 27; Title 29; Title 38; Title 39; Title 40 and Title 41.
