AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 38, relative to detection of criminal patterns.

As introduced, requires a law enforcement agency to release calls for emergency assistance services at rental homes and apartment complexes to qualified nonprofit organizations for the purpose of distributing the calls to rental property managers and owners to detect and act on escalating crime patterns. - Amends TCA Title 38.
