AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4; Title 49 and Title 64, relative to regional authorities.

As introduced, requires the department of economic and community development to submit an annual report to certain legislative committees that includes the names of the municipalities involved in the creation of an authority in the prior calendar year, the amount of land acquired and improved, specific details about the financing of the project, and any other information the department deems relevant. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 49 and Title 64.
