AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 54; Title 55; Title 65 and Title 67, relative to transportation.

As introduced, authorizes the department of safety to publish biannually, instead of annually, statistical information regarding the number, cause, and location of highway accidents based on its analysis of accident reports that it receives. - Amends TCA Title 54; Title 55; Title 65 and Title 67.
