AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4; Title 8; Title 14; Title 29; Title 33; Title 37; Title 39; Title 53; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71, relative to health care.

As enacted, requires the board of nursing to develop a survey to collect certain information from nurse practitioners who have been issued a certificate of fitness from the board; requires the board to submit a report regarding the survey to legislative committees. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8; Title 14; Title 29; Title 33; Title 37; Title 39; Title 53; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71.
