AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 16, Chapter 2, relative to judicial districts.

As introduced, adds one additional circuit court in the 28th judicial district composed of Crockett, Gibson, and Haywood counties, effective September 1, 2025, with the additional judge to be appointed by the governor. - Amends TCA Title 16, Chapter 2.
