AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 8, relative to retirement for law enforcement officers.

As introduced, clarifies that the notification provided by a retiree's new employer to the retirement system concerning the reemployment of the retiree as a law enforcement officer must be provided in writing. - Amends TCA Title 8.
