AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 4-3-1205; Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 18; Title 52, Chapter 8; Section 68-1-904; Title 68, Chapter 11, Part 2 and Title 71, relative to services for adults.

As enacted, changes all TCA references from "adult day care" to "adult day services." - Amends TCA Section 4-3-1205; Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 18; Title 52, Chapter 8; Section 68-1-904; Title 68, Chapter 11, Part 2 and Title 71.
