AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 71, relative to the child care improvement fund.

As enacted, removes the requirement that grants under the child care improvement pilot program be provided explicitly to nonprofit organizations in order to establish or make improvements to a child care agency. - Amends TCA Title 71.
