AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 7, Chapter 34; Title 7, Chapter 36 and Title 7, Chapter 52, relative to compensation for members of boards of utilities.
As enacted, authorizes the members of the board of directors of energy authorities formed under the Municipal Energy Authority Act to receive certain additional compensation for attendance at meetings for each additional utility system over which the board has jurisdiction and health insurance coverage. - Amends TCA Title 7, Chapter 34; Title 7, Chapter 36 and Title 7, Chapter 52.
