AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 49, relative to early high school graduation.

As introduced, requires the department to compile an annual report on the number of students who complete the early graduation program to the education committee of the senate and the committee of the house of representatives having jurisdiction over kindergarten through grade 12 education by September 1 of each year. - Amends TCA Title 49.
