Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SUBSCRIPTION TO ADDITIONAL SHARES OF CAPITAL STOCK OF THE INTER-AMERICAN INVESTMENT CORPORATION. (a) In General.--The Secretary of the Treasury may subscribe on behalf of the United States to not more than an additional 25,124 shares of the capital stock of the Inter-American Investment Corporation. (b) Limitation.--Any subscription to such additional shares shall be effective only to such extent or in such amounts as are provided in advance by appropriations Acts. <all>
