Pro-Housing Act of 2025

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Pro-Housing Act of 2025''. SEC. 2. LOCAL HOUSING POLICY GRANT AND LOAN PILOT PROGRAM. (a) Planning Grants.--Beginning not later than 120 days after the date of the enactment of this section, the Secretary shall award grants on a competitive basis to eligible entities for the purpose of developing and evaluating housing policy plans. (b) Implementation Grants.--Beginning not later than 120 days after the date of the enactment of this section, the Secretary shall award grants on a competitive basis to eligible entities for the purpose of implementing housing policy plans.
