End Prison Gerrymandering Act

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``End Prison Gerrymandering Act''. SEC. 2. RESIDENCE OF INCARCERATED INDIVIDUALS. (a) Residence.--Section 141 of title 13, United States Code, is amended-- (1) by redesignating subsection (g) as subsection (h); and (2) by inserting after subsection (f) the following: ``(g) Effective beginning with the 2030 decennial census of population and every census thereafter, in taking any census of population under subsection (a) the Secretary shall, with respect to an individual incarcerated in a State, Federal, count
