Create A Study Committee To Review The Effects Of Act 388 Of 2006 On Certain Six Percent Property And All Other Classes Of Property, And The Impact On School District Funding And On Property Taxpayers, To Provide For Committee Members, And To Provide A Date At Which The Study Committee Is Dissolved.
