Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Artificial Intelligence for Advancing Literacy and Learning Act'' or the ``AI for ALL Act''. SEC. 2. ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE LITERACY AND EDUCATION COMMISSION. (a) In General.--There is established in the Office of Science and Technology Policy a commission to be known as the ``Artificial Intelligence Literacy and Education Commission''. (b) Membership.--The members of the Commission shall be composed of the following: (1) The Director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy, who shall serve as the Chairperson. (2) A representative of the Office of Management and Budget with expertise in AI, appointed by the Director of such Office. (3) A representative of the National Science Foundation with expertise in AI, appointed by the Director of such Foundation. (4) A representative of the Department of Commerce with expertise in AI, appointed by the Secretary of Commerce.
