Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Boosting the Rural STEM Pipeline Act''. SEC. 2. REPEAL OF COST-SHARING WITH RESPECT TO THE ROBERT NOYCE TEACHER SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM. (a) In General.--Section 10A of the National Science Foundation Authorization Act of 2002 (42 U.S.C. 1862n-1a) is amended-- (1) by striking subsection (i); and (2) by redesignating subsections (j) and (k) as subsections (i) and (j), respectively. (b) Conforming Amendments.--Section 10320 of the Research and Development, Competition, and Innovation Act (42 U.S.C. 18998) is amended-- (1) in subsection (a)-- (A) by striking ``requirements'' and inserting ``requirement''; (B) by striking ``forthe'' and inserting ``for the''; and (C) by striking ``and under'' and all that follows through ``are'' and inserting ``is''; and (2) in subsection (b), by striking ``waivers'' each place it appears
