Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Office of Management and Budget Inspector General Act''. SEC. 2. INSPECTOR GENERAL FOR THE OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET. (a) Establishment of Office.--Section 401 of title 5, United States Code, is amended-- (1) in paragraph, (1) by inserting ``the Office of Management and Budget,'' after ``means''; and (2) in paragraph (3), by inserting ``the Director of the Office of Management and Budget,'' after ``means''. (b) Special Provisions Concerning the Inspector General of the Office of Management and Budget.--Chapter 4 of title 5, United States Code, is amended by adding after section 421 the following new section (and by updating the table of contents for such chapter accordingly): ``SEC. 421A. SPECIAL PROVISIONS CONCERNING THE INSPECTOR GENERAL OF THE OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET. ``The Inspector General of the Offic
