Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Amending Section 63-13-810, Relating To The Registration Requirement For Family Childcare Homes, So As To Provide That Any Childcare Provider On A Military Installation Or Facility Or Licensed By The Department Of Defense Shall Be Exempt From The Requirements Of Article 5, Chapter 13, Title 63.
