Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. REQUIRING WEBSITE FOR PROVIDER SEARCHES UNDER THE MEDICARE PROGRAM. Section 1851(d) of the Social Security Act is amended-- (1) in paragraph (7), by inserting ``and maintenance of the website required under paragraph (8)'' after ``paragraph (2)(A)''; and (2) by adding at the end the following new paragraph: ``(8) Website for provider search.--Beginning not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment of this paragraph, the Secretary shall maintain an internet website for Medicare beneficiaries (and prospective Medicare beneficiaries) to-- ``
