Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. ESTABLISHING REQUIREMENTS WITH RESPECT TO AVERAGE MONTHLY COST TO PROVIDE COVERAGE UNDER MEDICARE ADVANTAGE PLANS.
