Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Section 11-9-150 So As To Prohibit The Expenditure Of Funds Appropriated Or Authorized By The General Assembly To Purchase Food Or Drink Products Unless The Products Are Eligible For Purchase Using Snap Benefits.
