Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Section 44-55-55 So As To Require The Department Of Environmental Services To Promulgate Regulations To Require Public Water Systems To Maintain A Minimum Disinfectant Level Of Free Or Total Chlorine, With Exceptions; To Require Certain Reporting; And For Other Purposes.
