Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Satellite-Based Agricultural Data Act''. SEC. 2. INCLUSION OF COMMERCIAL WEATHER AS AFRI PRIORITY AREA. Subsection (b)(2)(E)(iii) of the Competitive, Special, and Facilities Research Grant Act (7 U.S.C. 3157(b)(2)(E)(iii)) is amended by inserting ``, including through the use of data and tools available from commercial weather services'' after ``mitigation measures''. <all>
