Emergency release of vehicle location information

Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Section 23-1-260 So As To Provide Companies That Maintain In-vehicle Security Systems For Motor Vehicles Must Release Vehicle Location Information To Law Enforcement Agencies In Emergency Situations.
