Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Blue Angels Act''. SEC. 2. ORGANIZATION, MISSION, AND LOCATION OF UNITED STATES NAVY FLIGHT DEMONSTRATION SQUADRON. (a) Organization, Mission, and Location.--Section 8062 of title 10, United States Code, is amended-- (1) by redesignating subsection (h) as subsection (i); and (2) by inserting after subsection (g) the following new subsection: ``(h)(1) The Secretary of the Navy shall ensure that the Navy maintains a squadron at Pensacola, Florida, the mission of which is to conduct flight demonstrations to support recruiting and awareness efforts of the Navy. ``(2) In carrying out the mission under paragraph (1), the squadron specified in such paragraph shall-- ``(A) conduct at least two flight demonstration events annually at Pensacola, Florida; and ``(B) conduct in Florida at least 60 percent of the total number of training flights conducted by such squadron annually. ``(3) The Secretary of the Navy may not reduce the number of air
