Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``PFAS Research and Development Reauthorization Act of 2025''. SEC. 2. AUTHORIZATION. Section 7362(b) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 (15 U.S.C. 8962(b)) is amended by striking ``2024'' and inserting ``2030''. <all>
