R. 6667 To extend the authorization of appropriations for PFAS research and development by the Environmental Protection Agency. _______________________________________________________________________ IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES December 11, 2025 Mr. Pappas (for himself and Mr. Fitzpatrick) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Energy and Commerce, and in addition to the Committees on Science, Space, and Technology, and Transportation and Infrastructure, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned _______________________________________________________________________ A BILL To extend the authorization of appropriations for PFAS research and development by the Environmental Protection Agency. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``PFAS Research and Development Reauthorization Act of 2025''. SEC. 2. AUTHORIZATION. Section 7362(b) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 (15 U.S.C. 8962(b)) is amended by striking ``2024'' and inserting ``2030''. <all>
